Madero therapy

"Madero" means wood in Spanish. Madero therapy is a massage treatment that uses anatomically shaped wooden instruments to enhance body contours by breaking down fat cells. The massage involves repetitive movements with various wooden tools, massage techniques, and essential oils.

By using these wooden tools, the lymphatic system is activated to eliminate toxins and fats. Cellulite breaks down into smaller particles, reducing the so-called "orange peel" effect. Additionally, Madero therapy has a relaxing effect on both body and mind, reduces stress, and stimulates the organs and blood circulation. The massage may be experienced as painful. If it becomes too intense, please inform the therapist so adjustments can be made.

This therapy targets both superficial and deeper layers of cellulite and helps shape your legs. After 5 to 6 sessions, you will start seeing results, but for the best results, we recommend approximately 10 to 15 sessions.

Madero therapy can be applied to:

  • Arms
  • Abdomen
  • Hips
  • Legs
  • Buttocks

Contra-indications:

  • Pregnancy
  • Viral infections
  • Contagious skin diseases
  • Thrombosis
  • Severe varicose veins
  • Oncological diseases (cancer, tumors)
  • Cardiovascular diseases

Tip: Avoid coming to your treatment with a full stomach. Make sure to eat a light meal about two hours before your session. After the session, it is important to drink at least 2 liters of water. This will optimize fluid drainage and ensure the best results.
